Mei tai is a traditional baby carrier which can be worn on your front, side and back. It has 4 straps, 2 which are shoulder straps (normally longer and angled at the mei tai body) plus 2 more which are the waist strap.
These straps are sometimes padded, and some not. Some are heavily padded, some are lightly padded. Its really up to the wearer & and the maker
The four straps are attached (sewn) onto the mei tai body, which comes in various designs. Some are just plain square, some has curves for a better fit, some even has body/leg padding for extra comfort.

after aku post that entry, DNNA passed Hanim's MT kat aku..
memula cuba, aku sangat lah tak pandai... mmg ada tengok instruction video utk ikat2 tu, tp tak senang tau... (tp bukan lah susah sgt pon with practise practise practise)

after few practices and research in MBW and internet, pagi ni ku try to wear Faris again... now try back carry

hmmm... aku tgh tunggu tester SSC ni.. maybe next week dapat kot... nanti aku amik pics lagi and give review for both carriers ye...

p/s babywearing best tau... aku suka sangat. And feel very close to my baby... i wish he will stay be my 'baby' so that i can wear him...

dia mmg suka kena gendong.. janji dukung, sure suka nye lah... and alhamdulillah dia suka dok dlm carrier, kalu tak, susah gak....
norley, meitai hijau tu was one of the earliest mei tai that i made.. glad u like it.. :)
