#4: Check up at UKMSC

At 30w+6d baru aku start check up kat private wing @UKMSC under Prof Azurah... sebelum ni kat public clinic kat bawah je. Takde la susah sgt pon kat bawah tu, sbb aku follow up dgn specialist. Ambik no selalu dapat la no 2 atau 3 (aku datang awal mcm patients biasa utk dapat no giliran). Cuma kalau lewat sangat, aku balik ofis dulu buat kerja, then datang balik bila doctor dah masuk. Tentang appointment klinik mmg takde masalah, cuma kali ni rasa nak bersalin dengan consultant. Kalau public patients selalu bersalin je dengan midwives or any doctors in charge.

kali ni tekad lah nak try bersalin private gak.. walaupon labour room nnt sama, tp Prof sendiri akan deliver kan baby and insyaAllah dapat dok single room kat Wad Khas.. Wad biasa sekarang, takleh nak bagi single room walaupon staff sbb mmg utk isolation room. Rasa nye nak selesa elok la dapat bilik sendiri, toilet dekat bagai... and tambah plak kakak & abang2 yang ramai, sure meriah nak melawat baby nnt...

InsyaAllah GL UKM bleh cover bilik, so bayar consultation and consultant services je lah, ok lah, ready lah beberapa ratus kot kalau normal delivery... harap2 semua ok..

Ni first time pon masuk dalam Klinik Khas ni.. lepas register, check urine, BP & weight, macam biasa lah.. Prof datang around 8.45 kot. lepas tu tunggu dalam setengah jam kot, sampai giliran (giliran no 4, tp ada patient no.2 tatau kat mana, tu yang cepat sikit sbb skip). Prof checked and scanned sekali, semua OK alhamdulillah... estimated baby's weight 1.44kg (naik 110g in 1 week?)

all parameters are within expected age. [[FL (femur length) 28w je baby?? ketot kah baby ku?? hahhaha... tp tu ada allowances +/-2 wks so ok kot... ]]

btw, baby masih oblique, kepala kat kanan atas, kaki elok landing kiri bawah... tp not to worry sbb masih awal... placenta semua ok... alhamdulillah

dah sudah tu, terus tunggu untuk bayar, and kena RM68.50 --->> murah tu for consultations and ultrasound (disclaimer: that is not the actual charges i presumed. I am PPUKM staff so, i maybe discounted and i have GL that may cover some charges. Kalau anda berminat nak follow up di UKMSC, sila bertanya kan charges yang sebenar untuk public)
