Tp sib baik senang nak buat, teringat ada lak fresh milk beli nak buat roti hari tu tp x jadik sbb high-protein flour plak da abis...
Cuma nye, roti wholemeal buat kelmarin je ada, sejak ada breadmaker, mmg dah lama x beli roti :P
So belasah je lahh...

Ingredients
6 slices day-old bread
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Break bread into small pieces into an 8 inch square baking pan. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over bread. If desired, sprinkle with raisins.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped.

Verdict: easy to make.. (lama gile x buat bread pudding!)
- aku guna wholemeal bread, rasa sedap je.. Tp makan 2 slices share dgn 2 budak kenits ni mmg dah kenyang!
- instead of guna melted butter, aku just spread the butter on both side of bread slices.
- agak manis eventhough dah kurangkan gula jadik lebih sikiiiiit je dari 1/2 cup.. Lain kali kurang 1/2 cup pon ok if x suka manis2.. If nak makan dgn custard (ohh nyummmm..) sila kurangkan lagi gulaaa...
- bake for 40-45mins just nice, kalo garing lagi atas tu sure lagi sedap heheh..

P/S gambar ku x mengiur kan lol... Potong pulak time panas, sangat lah tak sabo nak makan... So x amik gamba yg ku potong hancur hahaha...
